What You’ll Do:
- Be a Communication Guru – Keep in touch with Case Managers/Tax Professionals like a pro.
- Handle Calls Like a Star – Answer, transfer, and update clients with flair.
- Outbound Outreach – Give our clients a nudge for those important case documents.
- Organize Like a Boss – Prioritize, collect, and manage case files with precision.
- Document Dynamo – Review, edit, and upload documents efficiently.
Who You Are:
- Customer Service Pro – 2 years of experience in customer service with a track record of excellence.
- Bilingual Advantage – English and Spanish speakers are a benefit/preferred
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with Google Suite, MS Office, Typing, and Adobe Acrobat. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Call Center Experience – High volume, inbound, and outbound call experience is a must.
- CRM Enthusiast – Experience with CRM LOGICS is highly preferred.
