TaxWell is currently seeking an accomplished Senior Manager of Analytics to lead our Analytics efforts at Drake Software. In this pivotal role within our organization, you will directly report to the Chief Product Officer, assuming responsibility for refining and elevating our analytics initiatives. Your primary objectives will include not only delivering insightful data to various departments but also strategically determining the data necessary to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our operations. Responsibilities
- Lead our Analytics initiatives throughout Drake Software, steering strategic analytic insights to enhance diverse aspects of our businesses. This encompasses optimizing revenue, conducting A/B testing, delving into consumer analytics and behavior, and conducting comprehensive marketing ROI analyses.
- Produce high-impact weekly and monthly management-level reports, skillfully synthesizing data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Identify key success indicators and establish best practices for measurement and reporting purposes, ensuring a robust framework for evaluating performance.
- Harness analytics to conceptualize ideas, validate business cases, and oversee the implementation of enhancements aimed at elevating the overall customer experience.
- Define the roadmap for Data Warehouse Analytics, delineating metrics, dimensions, data access guidelines, and closely collaborating with the Data Warehouse Engineering team to ensure seamless execution.
- Cultivate robust cross-functional partnerships with key teams, including the Management Team, Customer Care, Product, Marketing, and Engineering, fostering collaboration and aligning analytics efforts with overarching organizational goals.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an analytical role, with a focus on web analytics, finance, or consulting.
- 3 years of experience successfully leading and managing teams.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred, with a strong emphasis on statistics, analytics, and/or econometrics.
- Proficient in Excel and SQL, demonstrating expert-level capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication of complex results.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and effectively utilize relevant processes and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling successful influencing across all levels and functions.
- Ability to deliver insights with creativity and pragmatism, ensuring a clear understanding of the "so what?" implications.
