This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional bilingual customer service and fostering a welcoming environment.
Manage front desk operations, including phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and client communications.
Assist clients with tax preparation and immigration-related questions, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain organized records, handle data entry, and provide administrative support to enhance office efficiency.
Offer translation and interpretation services as required.
Qualifications :
MUST BE FLUENT in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or front desk roles preferred.
Knowledge of tax preparation and / or immigration services is an asset.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
