Job Description
We are looking for a Leasing Agent to assist with property rental, marketing, tenant screening, lease and tenant management. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to provide exceptional service to potential and current residents.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property showings to prospective tenants
- Respond to rental inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process rental applications and perform initial tenant screenings
- Maintain accurate records of property availability and rental activities
- Coordinate lease signing and move-in processes
- Update property listings and marketing materials
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to leasing
- Maintain a clean and presentable property appearance during showings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Strong organizational abilities
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service or real estate experience is preferred
- Knowledge of property management software
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
