Taylor & Associates CPAs LLC is an accounting firm with offices in Ripon and Markesan. We provide services such as accounting, taxes, bookkeeping, payroll, and succession planning to all area communities.
We are seeking a Client Service Administrator to join our team in Ripon! The ideal candidate will have a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor, well organized, strong initiator, and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, greeting and supporting clients, billing/invoicing, maintaining office supplies and organization, data entry, assembly and filing.
Requirements/Skills:
- Prior experience in a similar position
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online a plus
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) for interacting with clients and staff
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage large amounts of data
- Ability to prioritize multiple work tasks and focus on deadlines
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment during peak season (January - April)
Schedule:
January 1st - April 30th: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, plus overtime and some Saturdays
May 1st - December 31st: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - noon
