Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the successful completion of one or more projects, managing all phases from conceptual design through construction document delivery.
This role involves leading project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion. Typically, the Senior Project Manager will have a lead role on larger or multiple complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage project teams and assign tasks effectively.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subconsultants, and project team members.
- Communicate clearly and adaptively to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Maintain scope, schedule, and budgets of projects, making adjustments as necessary.
- Familiarize yourself with various project delivery methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent education in an AEC-related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a professional architectural office setting.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing projects, including monitoring and adjusting scope, schedule, and budgets.
- Familiarity with multiple project delivery methods.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
