Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, prioritizing critical requests, and ensuring seamless time management.
- Prepare meeting materials, document key takeaways, and track follow-ups to drive accountability and efficiency.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation, optimizing schedules for efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in project management initiatives, tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables for key business priorities.
- Draft and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence to support executive decision-making.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, overseeing supply inventory and operational needs.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of executive support experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior Financial Services experience preferred.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
