Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, resolutions, and objectives set forth by the Board are effectively executed.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Association’s governing documents, rules, regulations, and legal obligations.
- Take charge of the financial management aspects of the Association.
- Prepare specifications for all services required by the Association.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with the Association’s rules and regulations.
- Manage relationships with vendors and external contractors.
- Attend all Board meetings to provide updates and insights.
- Maintain a consistently positive attitude in all interactions.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
- Robust project management skills.
- Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Community Association (COA) or Homeowner Association (HOA) management.
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in High-Rise Community Management.
- Experience in Facility Management is preferred.
- Industry certifications such as CMCA, AMS, PCAM, CPM, or ARM are preferred but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Availability for emergency calls on a 24⁄7 basis.
