Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the goals, policies, and resolutions set by the Board are effectively implemented.
- Possess a thorough understanding of Association governing documents, legal requirements, and regulations.
- Oversee the financial health of the Association and manage budgeting processes.
- Prepare detailed specifications for services required by the Association.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure adherence to community standards and regulations.
- Maintain and manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Attend all Board meetings, providing insights and updates regarding community management.
- Maintain a consistently positive attitude in all interactions.
- Strong dedication to customer service and community engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Community Association (COA) or Homeowner Association (HOA) management.
- At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in High-Rise Community Management.
- Facility Management experience is preferred.
- Industry designations such as CMCA, AMS, PCAM, CPM, or ARM are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability for emergency calls 24⁄7.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
