Taylor Management Company is searching for an on-site General Manager to oversee the administration, management, and operation of a luxury high-rise condominium located in Hudson County, NJ. This role involves providing a high level of support while working closely with the Board of Directors. The General Manager will be responsible for establishing and approving Association policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. Additionally, this individual will integrate and coordinate the activities of all Association personnel, vendors, and contractors, while responding to community needs as directed by the Board of Directors.

The General Manager will be responsible for establishing and approving Association policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. Additionally, this individual will integrate and coordinate the activities of all Association personnel, vendors, and contractors, while responding to community needs as directed by the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the policies, procedures, resolutions, and goals of the Board are met.
- Understand the Association governing documents, rules, and regulations, as well as all legal requirements for the association.
- Manage the financial aspects of the association.
- Prepare specifications for all services required by the association.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with the Association’s rules and regulations.
- Manage relationships with vendors.
- Attend all Board meetings.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- CMCA designation preferred or a commitment to obtain the CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property Management.
- Experience with high-rise buildings is required.
