We are one of the only water technology companies in the Intermountain area and PNW. Taylor-Morgan specializes in building small wastewater treatment plants all the way down to individual septic systems and every size in-between. We are a specialized construction company working with plumbing, piping, pump systems, treatment equipment, excavation, precast concrete and more.
We are adding people to our team and are looking to hire experienced grade/pipe crew equipment operators for fulltime employment. We are looking for people who are committed to working safely and to delivering high-quality results for our customers.
We cross train all our crew members for piping, plumbing, excavation, wiring, controls and most importantly safety! We encourage our team to grow with us and work toward their personal goals so we can promote within our company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Operate all heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner
· Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment
· Use various pieces of equipment to perform backfilling, loading, excavating and stockpiling
· Operate equipment while maintaining proper awareness of one's surroundings
· Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (equipment operation/repair, etc.). Monitor and discuss production problems with project managers/supervisors
· Perform labor duties as needed
· Perform other related duties as required
· Timely and regular attendance is an essential requirement
· Job requires steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity including: standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking
· Ability to climb in and out of trenches, manholes, and other confined work areas; to climb ladders, stairs, and uneven terrain; and to lift, maneuver, and transport up to 70-pound loads
· Effective verbal and listening communications skills
· Ability to communicate effectively in English

Minimum Qualifications:
· Have verifiable experience as an equipment operator
· Valid CDL (not required but encouraged)
· Must be able to work in all weather conditions
· Must be willing to travel if job requires
· Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
· Deal with the public in a positive, courteous and respectful manner
