*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated nurses to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long term care. As a Nursing Instructor, you will play a vital role in educating future certified nursing assistants and contributing to their professional development.
*Responsibilities*
- Educate nursing students on various aspects of patient care, including skills they need to have when caring for individuals in long term care. Also checking them off on skills within the nursing facility.
- Deliver engaging lesson plans using Hartman for certified nursing assistants
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students in both classroom and clinical settings
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Stay current with advancements in nursing practices and incorporate them into the curriculum
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience
*Qualifications*
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license and has been one for atleast a year
- 1 year background in longterm care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively engage and inspire students
- Passion for teaching and shaping the next generation of certified nursing assistants

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
