Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of vendor contracts
- Coordinate with vendors
- Resolve vendor inquiries and issues
- Reviews and approves requests for new vendors under the direction of the DVP
- Maintain accurate and organized records of vendor contracts and communications
- Negotiates, or participates in the negotiation of terms, requirements, and conditions for contract awards and modifications; prepares related documents including contracts, amendments and letter agreements.
- Monitors, administers and/or audits contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, pricing, licensure, insurance requirements and ensuring accuracy and timely performance of contracted work and cost compliance.
- Resolves first level contractual issues or problems with vendors on behalf of the Firm.
- Assists Operations departments in understanding and interpreting existing agreements.
- Provide administrative support to the DVP
- Support the DVP in various projects and tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of contracting or procurement experience for a law firm, government entity or comparable professional services company.
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate to expert skill level in Word and Excel.
- Effectively prioritize duties, requests and projects and manage deadlines.
- Solution oriented thinker.
- Professional, diplomatic and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with numerous individuals via email, telephone and in person.
- Must be able to adhere to Firm’s guidelines.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
