We are assisting with a confidential Marketing Director search at a highly regarded law firm.

Role:

• Title: Marketing Director
• Location: Birmingham, AL
• In office requirement: 5 days in office
• Key focus areas: Oversee and develop marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms, with an emphasis on optimizing ad spend and tracking key performance metrics.
• Leadership: Manage and grow the internal marketing team while collaborating with external partners.
• Strategic oversight: Track and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity to refine marketing efforts.
• Budget management: Oversee and allocate a multimillion-dollar marketing budget to maximize ROI.
• Qualifications: Must have hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing strategies, along with leadership experience managing a marketing team.
• Salary: $115,000-$140,000 (with flex depending on background)
