Commercial Property Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of a Class A office portfolio. This role requires a strong background in commercial property management, with specific experience in managing office buildings. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and financial performance of the office properties while providing top-tier service to tenants and maintaining the integrity of the properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Class A office portfolio, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and comply with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure properties operate within budgetary guidelines. Ensure timely invoicing, payment processing, and financial reporting.
• Marketing and Leasing Support: Collaborate with leasing teams to support property marketing efforts and new tenant leasing. Participate in property tours and lead discussions with prospective tenants.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all property-related activities, including maintenance requests, vendor contracts, tenant communications, financial reports, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of commercial property management experience, with a preference for those with experience managing office buildings or commercial real estate-related properties.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Property management certifications.
• Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle emergencies efficiently
