to join our team. The dedicated individual would be responsible for performing routine upkeep and minor repairs on a building's systems and equipment. Duties include basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC checks, cleaning, and general repairs. This role offers a flexible schedule, typically under

30 hours per week , and often requires the ability to respond to urgent maintenance requests as needed.

Key Responsibilities : 1. General Maintenance : Inspect building systems and equipment for potential issues.Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as mopping floors, dusting, trash removal, and restroom upkeep.Replace light bulbs, batteries, and other expendable items.Conduct minor repairs to doors, windows, and fixtures.2. Basic Repairs : Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing issues, such as leaky faucets.Address basic electrical issues, like faulty outlets or light switches.Perform simple HVAC adjustments and maintenance checks.Handle minor carpentry repairs, including fixing loose boards or replacing hardware.3. Preventative Maintenance : Check fire safety equipment and perform routine testing.Inspect and clean HVAC filters.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.4. Responding to Work Orders : Receive and prioritize maintenance requests.Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs.Communicate updates with field staff and management.
