WAGE RANGE: Minimum Wage $16.66/Hr.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The position of shop helper is based out of the Shelton Maintenance Shop. The Shop Helper will be washing the exterior and interior of company trucks, trailers, boats, etc. Also help in general shop tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean vehicle interior and exterior
- Keep work area, tools, and equipment organized and in clean and working condition
- Help with shop clean up, including putting away freight as needed
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Must be physically able to lift and handle sixty pounds.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- Must wear proper safety gear when necessary.
- Must work well with other crew members
- Must be capable of understanding and following instructions from the manager and being accountable to him/her for work.
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions at various times of the day and night.
- Must be able to create work orders using Mpulse software.
