Job Overview
The Managing Director will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding our existing client relationships. Requirements

- 7 years of progressive recruiting experience in roles of increasing responsibility.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience running a 360 desk in a retained search environment.
- Documented success in establishing new clients and selling Executive Search services with proven ability to deliver $500,000 in annual revenue.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its trends.
- Ability to travel 25-30%.
