Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for the construction and contracting sector.
- Conduct market and competitive research for B2B, B2C, and B2G campaigns.
- Support lead generation and relationship-building with contractors, developers, and stakeholders.
- Develop and design proposals, bids, capability statements, and client presentations.
- Manage social media, email marketing, and website content tailored to industry audiences.
- Execute and monitor SEO/SEM campaigns, PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn), and analytics.
- Use Google Analytics, WordPress, and other tools to track campaign performance and engagement.
- Assist with CRM updates and pipeline tracking via Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visual assets (brochures, case studies, etc.) using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support event planning, networking outreach, and internal marketing communications.
- Contribute to strategy sessions with senior leadership on brand positioning and market growth.
