Responsibilities :
Reviewing your store’s P&L, assisting in scheduling, and following the GM’s direction to reach cost goalsMastering menu and product knowledgeServing guests, making meaningful connections with themBeing responsible for the restaurant and the team workingSetting the tone for the shift, and giving clear, calm directions to your staff about their dutiesSupervising and mentoring your staff members and managing quality crew development, motivation, training and evaluationsSupporting or working stations when needed (kitchen included)Assist the GM in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employeesFollowing proper cash handling and payment proceduresMaintaining Health Department Standards throughout each shiftFollowing proper Alcohol Handling policies and proceduresProper food handling and storage of food productsMaintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearanceQualifications :
Must be 21 years of ageMinimum of 1-3 years management experiencePrior knowledge of Profit and Loss statements preferredWorking knowledge of Google Suite and computer literacyStrong work ethic, desire to exceed guests’ expectations, and a real passion for fresh foodAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentLooking for the chance to lead a teamEnjoy the challenge of setting goals and hitting themLeadership, customer service, and communication skillsAbility to train, retain, and motivate quality employeesMotivated, self-initiated and team-orientedStrong time management and organization skillsMust obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after beginning employmentAll Employees Must :

A typical work day at Taziki’s may look like :
Morning shift - 7am - 4pmMid shift - 10am - 8pmEvenings - 3pm - 10pmWeekends - when applicableHolidays - when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)Hours will vary by store.You may work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor.
