Job Summary
Management Positions are Full Time only.
Responsibilities :
Analyzing your stores P&L and deciding a path to reach your cost goalsWriting a weekly staff schedule to achieve both people development and labor cost goalsSetting the tone for the shift and giving clear, calm directions to your staff about their goals and dutiesSupervising and mentoring your staff members and managing quality crew development, motivation, training, and evaluationsBeing an expert in Food SafetyMastering menu and product knowledgePreparing catering orders with your teamSupporting or working stations when needed (kitchen included)Ordering products, supplies, and produceScreening, interviewing, and onboarding hourly employeesProper cash handling and payment proceduresServing guests, making meaningful connections with themMaintaining Health Department Standards throughout each shiftFollowing proper Alcohol Handling policies and proceduresEnsuring proper food handling and storage of food productsMaintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearanceQualifications :
Must be 21 years of ageMinimum of 3 years of upper management experienceStrong work ethic, desire to exceed guests expectations, and a real passion for fresh foodAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentLooking for the chance to build, develop, and mentor a teamEnjoy the challenge of setting goals and hitting themSufficient experience and knowledge of restaurant Profit and Loss statementsWorking knowledge of Google Suite and computer literacyExcellent leadership, customer service, and communication skillsAbility to recruit, train, retain, and motivate quality employeesMotivated, self-initiated, and team orientedStrong time management and organization skillsDemonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving skillsMust have or obtain a Food Managers certification shortly after beginning employmentAll Employees Must :

A typical work day at Tazikis may look like :
Morning shift - 7am - 4pmMid shift - 10am to 8pmEvenings - 3pm - 10pmWeekends - when applicableHolidays - when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)Hours will vary by store.You may work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor.
