TBP Inc. is a company currently experiencing rapid growth. We are constantly striving to improve and better ourselves to better support our employees and customers. This is a shared position responsible for entering, posting, and reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable batches, researching and resolving customer A/R issues, and reviewing monthly vendor statements. You will also maintain cash receipts, sales journals, and accounts payable files. In addition, you will enter high volume billing, which requires excellent attention to detail. Other responsibilities will include reconciling expense reports and processing credit applications for new customers. Some support to our sales team will be required. The position will report directly to the VP of HR/Controller, and some assistance will be provided for the VP of Finance.
This is a full-time position based in the Phoenixville, Pennsylvania area.
Associates Degree in Accounting Required
1-3 Years of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Experienced required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45-50k DOE
