Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the assembly of conveyors, control panels, wire harnesses, and electro-mechanical systems.
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment.
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for production and equipment issues, implementing corrective actions.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and enhance system performance.
- Train and mentor technicians on soldering techniques, automation equipment, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to improve manufacturability and product quality.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years in electronic manufacturing, automation, or industrial assembly, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in control panel wiring, PCB soldering, and cable/wire harness assembly.
- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems, automation equipment, and industrial electronics.
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs, robotics, and automated manufacturing systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly blueprints.
- Problem-Solving: Proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex manufacturing issues.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
