TBest Services Inc. is a leading provider of high-quality electro-mechanical assembly services. We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Elkridge, MD.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality policies aligned with ISO 9001 standards. This includes leading and training the quality inspection team to meet quality benchmarks, overseeing inspections, resolving non-conformities, and managing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quality management, strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, and expertise in inspections, ECNs, NCRs, and process improvement.
In this role, you will collaborate with teams to address quality challenges and improve processes. You will also conduct audits, track quality metrics, and maintain inspection tools. As the main contact for customers on quality matters, you will provide clear performance reports and drive continuous improvement using data-driven analysis and KPIs.
