TBest Services is looking for an experienced Restoration Foreman to lead a team of technicians in water and fire damage restoration projects. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills to ensure efficient project execution, compliance with industry standards, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of Restoration Technicians on job sites.
- Assign tasks, train technicians, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Oversee water extraction, drying, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and demolition.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to industry standards.
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
- Monitor job margins and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Complete and submit all required project documentation (MICA reports, moisture readings, sketches, ticketsheets, job updates, photos).
Qualifications:
- WRT Certification required (Water Restoration Technician).
- ASD, AMRT, and Fire Cleaning Certification preferred.
- Experience managing large-loss commercial projects (5000 sqft or multi-unit properties).
- Strong ability to scope, estimate, and manage large losses.
- Proficiency in restoration software (PSA, Scoprx, Tmcore or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (lifting equipment, standing for long hours).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided).
Schedule & Compensation:
- Location: Halethorpe, MD (DMV service area)
Pay Range: $24 - $30 per hour (Based on experience, certifications, and skills) - Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, plus on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
- Overtime & Bonuses:
- Time and a half for hours over 40 per week.
- Bonuses for after-hours emergency work (if chargeable to customers).
- Pay Rate: $24 - $30 per hour, based on experience and certifications.
