We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Assets Accounting Manager to manage the fixed assets accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Fixed Assets: Oversee the accounting and management of fixed assets, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
- Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of fixed asset accounting.
- Implement New Software: Lead the implementation of new fixed asset software and processes to streamline operations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports related to fixed assets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of fixed assets.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members on fixed asset accounting processes and software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
- Fixed Assets Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in fixed assets accounting.
- Process Improvement: Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Software Implementation: Experience with implementing fixed asset software and improving related processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree: An advanced degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- CPA Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly desirable.
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
