Leading NYC Credit lending firm is looking for an accomplished data scientist to support
the analytics for the Credit department, with a strong focus on small business lending and merchant cash advance instruments.

Data Science to apply advanced analytics, data science, and machine learning models to support underwriting, portfolio management, and risk assessment functions.
- Development and maintenance of predictive models and data-driven tools to optimize decision-making and performance in the credit portfolio.
- Predictive modeling, Data algorithms to assess credit-worthiness, default risk, and borrower behavior, incorporating both traditional and alternative data sources.
- 2-4 years in data science, Predictive modeling, analytics, or financial modeling within the financial services industry, with a strong interest in credit risk and financial markets. (Python, R, SQL, or similar platforms)
- Strong focus on small business lending and merchant cash advance
- Fully Remote ( NYC / East Coast hours Based )

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
