We are currently partnering with a client on Long Island to find a motivated and dependable Desktop Support Technician to join their team. This is a Level 1 support role where you will provide essential IT assistance, resolving basic technical issues and ensuring smooth daily operations for the organization's end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming support tickets and resolve technical issues.
- Fix printers, desktops, and other hardware problems.
- Support Office 365 users with account setup and troubleshooting.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory.
- Use ticketing systems to track and resolve issues.
- Provide friendly and professional service to users.
Qualifications:
- Experience with desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Active Directory.
- Experience with any ticketing system.
- Eager to learn and grow within the IT support field.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
