Are you an experienced HR Specialist or HR Generalist looking for a new opportunity? A law practice is seeking a professional with 3-5 years of HR experience in a legal or professional services environment for a temporary-to-permanent position lasting at least 6 months. This on-site role, Monday to Friday, involves a range of HR responsibilities, including policy development, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and HR records maintenance.
The ideal candidate will ensure that HR functions align with the firm's objectives while upholding legal compliance standards. Proficiency in HRIS systems, with a preference for Paycor, and the Microsoft Office Suite is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is also necessary.
