About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Leasing/Resident Services Specialist to join our team at a dynamic and thriving apartment community. This role is a key player in ensuring resident satisfaction and building a strong sense of community.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing (20%)
- Prospect for new residents through various channels (online platforms, phone calls, tours, etc.)
- Conduct professional and engaging property tours, showcasing the unique features of the community.
- Process lease applications and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve monthly leasing goals with a focus on quality resident selection.
Resident Services (80%)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing residents through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Plan and execute engaging community events and social activities to foster a sense of community among residents.
- Respond promptly and effectively to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
- Resolve resident issues and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct resident satisfaction surveys and utilize feedback to improve community services.
- Assist with resident retention efforts through various initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leasing or customer service roles (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for building relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (if applicable)
