A leading Building Maintenance Supply Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a territory within New York City. The ideal candidate will have existing contacts within the residential property management space and experience in plumbing, janitorial, or electrical sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Prospecting: Cold calling, developing new business, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Quoting & Inventory Management: Understanding products, pricing, and availability to meet customer needs.
- Order & Delivery Management: Coordinating material orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Background in plumbing, janitorial, electrical, or related fields.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with building maintenance supplies.
- Bilingual: Spanish is a plus.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
