Baltimore Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Litigation Paralegal with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in personal injury or medical malpractice, to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Organize and manage case files, medical records, and evidence
- Conduct client intakes and communicate with clients, experts, and witnesses
- Assist in trial preparation, including exhibits and trial binders
- Perform legal research and summarize depositions, records, and reports
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience
- Paralegal Certificate preferred.
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
