About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst with experience in ADP Workforce Now payroll processing and a foundational understanding of employee benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while assisting with benefits-related tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Validate payroll data, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and direct deposits.
- Assist with payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting to maintain data integrity.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address payroll discrepancies and improve processes.
- Assist in benefits administration tasks, such as enrollments, deductions, and reconciliations.
- Stay up to date on payroll laws and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of payroll processing experience, with a strong background in ADP Workforce Now.
- Familiarity with payroll tax laws, compliance requirements, and multi-state payroll processing.
- Basic understanding of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and deductions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with benefits administration, open enrollment, and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, and other compliance-related benefits policies.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced HR or finance environment.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
