Job Responsibilities :
- Provide expert legal support and guidance to attorneys working on complex commercial litigation cases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies, including research and drafting of motions, briefs, and other key litigation documents.
- Manage and oversee case files, ensuring that all documentation is organized, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of complex commercial litigation matters, staying current with applicable laws, regulations, and precedents.
- Collaborate closely with partners and associates to streamline the preparation and execution of litigation-related tasks.
- Assist with trial preparation, including document management, discovery, deposition summaries, and witness preparation.
- Contribute to the development of practice group knowledge, creating and maintaining templates, standard forms, and internal resources.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff on case management and litigation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, experts, and other external parties as needed to gather information and support case objectives.
