What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Administrator position at TBG | The Bachrach Group?
The successful candidate will assist staff with administrative duties including Monthly Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax Planning, Tax Preparation, Tax Compliance duties, as well as Assisting in ad-hoc client projects and requests.
- Assist with tax compliance, including gathering necessary documentation and liaising with external tax professionals and investors.
- Prepare and issue payments including tax payments to the Internal Revenue Service or state revenue offices.
- Maintain documents and records of transactions relevant in tax matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the tax team as needed.
Requirements
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, or a work history that demonstrates aptitude in this field
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 5 – 7 years work experience
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
