Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant office-based administration experience, preferably in a law office. This role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with both paper and electronic file management, and experience in calendaring and booking travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize paper and electronic files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for attorneys and staff.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and legal documents.
- Assist with client billing and utilize Chrome River software for expense management (preferred).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is clean and professional.
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and other staff members as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant office-based administration experience (law office experience preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with paper and electronic file management systems.
- Experience in calendaring and booking travel arrangements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with client billing processes.
- Familiarity with Chrome River software.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
