Role Overview:
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a Senior Analyst, Commercial to support the Commercial Operations team. This role will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally and performs critical analysis of data to provide accurate Profit & Loss visibility through forecasting and post event reconciliation.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Provide accurate forecasting of volume, activity calendar and related trade spend funding.
- Support financial and reconciliation including trade spend management and deductions reconciliation.
- Assist with business reviews and period end reporting.
- Produce post-game analytics, distribution report and performance trackers against key performance metrics
- Provide sales analysis support and assist with building quarterly and annual business plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience at a CGP company
- Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Ability to work independently and within a team with an aptitude for collaboration and relationship building
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- High proficiency with technology and systems including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
The salary range for this position is $71,000 - $96,000 annually.
