This role is a hybrid role in our San Francisco Office (5 mins walk from Montgomery Bart Station)
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Field Marketing Associate at Pallet, you’ll play a key role in driving our presence at industry events and conferences. You’ll independently manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of field marketing events to generate leads, build brand awareness, and contribute to pipeline growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing multiple stakeholders, and can turn strategic goals into flawlessly executed events.
SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON
- Independently manage and execute up to one event per month, overseeing all phases from planning to post-event analysis, including contracts, venue logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee and optimize event budgets, covering booth selection, sponsorships, swag, travel, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to set clear event objectives, align goals, and ensure seamless coordination with sales and marketing stakeholders.
- Identify high-impact conferences and events aligned with Pallet's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to maximize ROI and pipeline contributions.
- Analyze event performance data to uncover insights, measure success, and recommend improvements for future events.
- Build scalable event playbooks and templates to standardize workflows, ensuring repeatable and efficient processes.
- Share key learnings and performance metrics post-event to drive transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Remain calm under pressure and proactively solve problems during live events to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
