What You'll Do

We're seeking a Head of Design to lead and elevate our talented design team at Spotter Studio. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of creative ideation, developing novel UX patterns that make sophisticated AI capabilities intuitive and empowering for creators. As our Head of Design, you'll lead a team of skilled designers, working directly with our EVP, Product to define and execute our product strategy. You'll be at the forefront of solving fascinating design challenges in the emerging space of AI-powered creative tools.

• Lead and mentor a team of talented designers, fostering their growth while maintaining exceptional design quality
• Partner with our EVP, Product to shape the strategic direction of Spotter Studio
• Champion user-centered design practices across the organization
• Establish and refine design processes that enhance team productivity and output quality
• Drive the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, design tools, and creator needs
• Foster a culture of design excellence and innovation
• Actively participate in solving complex UX challenges when needed

Why Spotter :

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Culver City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is : $200K-$250K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual discretionary bonus and equity.
