We’re looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic Program Lead to join our growing Talent Management team, and to help us drive key talent initiatives such as performance management, talent reviews, and career development frameworks. In this role, you’ll oversee mid-size projects, collaborate strategically with our cross-functional partners, and develop clear, impactful communications for Affirmers. What You’ll Do
- Use your program and talent management skills to help our full suite of talent programs run smoothly, overseeing portions of our larger programs as well as owning mid-sized projects from start to finish.
- Communicate our programs to all Affirmers, including drafting communications plans, developing manager & employee resources, and crafting relevant training with the Learning & Development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Learning & Development, Compensation, People Technology) to build integrated talent solutions and ensure smooth operations.
- Recommend and implement enhancements based on data-driven insights and career / industry best practices to improve our program metrics, processes, and overall effectiveness.
- Ensure all records and documentation for talent management initiatives are accurate and up to date, maintaining data integrity for program systems and tools.
- Play an essential role in testing and implementing Workday Talent processes, ensuring the technology seamlessly supports the practice or program.

Equity Grade - 5
Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range . Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year : $115,000 - $155,000
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year : $102,000 - $142,000
