As a government contractor, we are looking for a creative professional who can craft visually engaging marketing materials to support our business development and communications efforts.The ideal candidate will work closely with our Marketing, Contracts, and Proposal teams to develop design assets that align with our strategic goals and comply with federal contract requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, creating high-quality visual content that supports Arlo’s mission and objectives.Location : REMOTE ( Preferred location : Washington, DC, as travel to Corporate HQ will be 10% - 30% )Responsibilities and / or Success Factors : Design and produce high-quality graphics for marketing materials, demonstrating mastery in at least four of the following : proposal graphics, PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, brochures, digital content, videos (both long and short form), web pages, and / or large-scale ad designs (i.e. column wrapping, billboard, banners, etc).Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development, Proposal Managers, and the Communications team, to create designs that reflect Arlo’s brand, business strategy, and client requirements.Develop and maintain templates for consistent branding across marketing materials.Ensure that all designs are created in accordance with branding guidelines, corporate identity standards, and accessibility regulations.Prepare designs for print and digital formats, ensuring accuracy and quality in the final output.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.Assist with graphic design needs for company events, trade shows, and internal communications.Maintain a portfolio of design work to present to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.Desired Traits and Experience : Experience designing for government proposals, contracts, and presentations.Understanding of federal and commercial government contractor marketing strategies.Ability to adapt design strategies for various clients and audiences.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.Be self-directed by independently managing tasks, owning projects, and driving them to completion with minimal supervision.Positive, collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across all design assets.Minimum Qualifications Including Certificates : 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing and proposal design, preferably in the government contracting industry.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.Familiarity with tools for collaboration (e.g., Miro, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams) and project management platforms.Desired Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Knowledge of government proposal and contracting regulations as they relate to branding and design is a plus.Knowledge of HTML / CSS for web design.AAP StatementWe are proud to be an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer and as such, we evaluate qualified candidates in full consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, disability status, protected veteran status, and any other protected status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
