We're passionate about building a company as diverse and creative as the millions of people Notion reaches worldwide.Notion is an in-person company, requiring employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and spend the majority of their week in the office.About The Role : The AI Product Marketing role at Notion is an opportunity to design and execute a go-to-market strategy that shapes the future of Notion AI for millions of users. You’ll be in one of the most multi-faceted, cross-functional roles in the company—informing strategy, defining messaging, managing high-visibility projects, and leading teams from kickoff to launch day.In this role, you’ll launch new capabilities and features, as well as explore ways to improve and optimize our existing AI product portfolio. If crafting the right strategy and story to lead users to that “lightbulb moment” excites you, this role is for you.What You'll Achieve : Lead GTM team members through product launches and campaigns, helping understand what’s changing, when, and why.Develop compelling messaging to differentiate Notion AI against a crowded competitive landscape.Partner closely with the product team to stay on top of the latest product explorations and champion our users’ needs.Continually develop materials and collateral to help our sales team sell Notion AI effectively.Collaborate with the monetization & leadership team to determine the future of AI pricing & packaging.Be part of a core working group that regularly presents to leadership to drive decisions and alignment on AI GTM initiatives.Stay informed on the latest insights from data and user research, as well as competitive intel.Skills You'll Need to Bring : Demonstrated experience in AI messaging and storytelling.Confident leadership skills, from hosting GTM kickoffs to driving meetings with leadership.Growth-minded; setting ambitious, measurable goals and motivated to exceed them.Strong writing skills, punchy and opinionated.Experience leading Tier 1 product launches with cross-functional partners.Nice to Haves : Managed both B2B & B2C product launches.Ability to create scrappy visual assets, like product screenshots or GIFs.Passionate about Notion and have used the product.We hire talented and passionate people from diverse backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers.
