Assistant General Manager, Chase Center

The Assistant General Manager will assist in the world-class operation of Chase Center, Thrive City, and Oakland Facility. In this role, you will collaborate with all departments within the organization and will have direct supervisory responsibility for back of house operations. We need a strategic leader with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans that contribute to meeting department and company objectives. You will partner with the General Manager in setting short- and long-term goals and objectives across the entire Arena Operations department that cover a range of areas including but not limited to people development, policies that drive efficiencies, SOPs and operating budgets. You will be an inspiring leader with a focus on staff development and the ability to lead a supportive, collaborative and innovative culture.
