The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry, with a strong passion for hospitality, food, and beverage. The restaurant's open date is scheduled for late 2024.
As the GM, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, service, financial performance, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, maintain high-quality standards, and create a positive and welcoming environment for both guests and all team members. Skills and Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of management experience in an upscale restaurant desired
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Active Food Handler, RBS certificate, Sexual Harassment cert.
- Experience with Asian cuisine a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Proven ability to train, lead, and motivate a diverse front-of-house team.
- Experience with Toast POS system, ADP, Opentable, Doordash, UberEats.
- Working knowledge of Google Spreadsheet and Docs a plus
- Knowledge of wine and beverage service is a plus.
