The number of learners using our cloud-based learning platform has grown significantly, reaching nearly 12 million humans around the world in 2024, a testament to the success and impact of our innovative learning solutions.What You'll Do in the Role : Build and Scale the Product Marketing Function – Establish and optimize product marketing processes, ensuring alignment with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. Lay the groundwork for long-term growth, setting strategies that scale as we expand.Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution – Develop and drive end-to-end GTM motions, from new product launches to feature adoption and revenue acceleration.Be a Strategic Leader & Cross-Functional Influencer. Partner closely with senior leadership across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategic priorities and ensure product marketing efforts drive business outcomes. Lead with influence rather than authority, guiding cross-functional teams toward shared goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and customer-centric decision-making.Be the Cross-Functional Glue – Act as the strategic bridge between Product, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring all teams are aligned and working toward shared goals.Develop Positioning & Messaging – Create clear, differentiated product messaging that speaks to our audience’s needs and drives demand.Drive Revenue Growth & Product Adoption – Partner with Customer Success to ensure customers fully adopt and maximize BenchPrep’s offerings, increasing wallet share and retention. Support Sales with messaging and enablement to drive new logo acquisition.Lead Sales & Customer Enablement – Equip internal teams with compelling assets, training, and competitive intelligence to improve win rates and enhance customer experience.Conduct Market & Competitive Research – Analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer insights to influence product roadmap decisions and refine GTM strategies.Establish Key Metrics & Drive Performance – Define and measure success for product marketing initiatives, tracking the impact on revenue, adoption, and market growth.What You Can Expect : A High-Impact, Leadership-Driven Role : This is an individual contributor position with significant leadership responsibilities.
