We’re looking for enthusiastic and conscientious Studio Associates to build Lucid with us.As a Studio Associate in a Lucid studio your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional, personalized, customer interactions.You are a motivated and engaging quick learner with a desire to provide memorable and enjoyable customer experiences.To be successful in this role you should be an incredible communicator and conversationist with the ability to recognize subtle social cues. You will be eager to support the studio team with ad hoc tasks where required and consistently act as a brand promotor and facilitate the customer journey.The Role : Be a critical Lucid Ambassador; the first point of engagement guests will have with LucidWelcome guests in an engaging, courteous and sincere mannerDemonstrate excitement and create intrigue about Lucid productsNeeds Assessment : Effectively gauge customer needs through personalized interactions and insightful questioning.Pipeline Management : Maintain and build a robust customer pipeline through disciplined practices.CRM : Utilize Salesforce as CRM tool to track and manage customer interactions with consistent and timely engagementConduct test drives and articulate desired points of interest ensuring an exceptional experience while driving Lucid vehicles.Competitive landscape : Take initiative to understand competitor models and packages in order to educate customer on why LucidEffectively communicate the benefits of Lucid products and being a member of the Lucid communityGauge guests' requirements and interests to deliver a personalized and relevant interactionBe responsible for lead capture and progression of guests through initial part of the Lucid journeyManage and overcome customer challenges in a cordial and calm mannerEnsure all studio assets are presentable and consistent with the Lucid brand imageKeep a keen eye on any pain points or bottlenecks observed during daily studio operations, think creatively and offer improvement suggestionsRemain available for ad-hoc activities to improve studio operations and customer experiencesSupport local marketing initiatives and events to build brand awarenessMaintain a continuing desire to learn and develop to progress your career with Lucid MotorsAssist with daily operations as neededQualifications Completed, or working towards, Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.Exceptional people skills including strong oral and written communication, empathy and active listening ability.Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast paced and dynamic environment.Conscientious, responsible and reliable.Curiosity and passion about electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market and competitive landscapeComfortable operating in ambiguous retail environmentPhysical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.Familiarity with CRM tools a plusFlexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays and weekendsValid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past yearAt Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
