We are currently looking for a SVP, Escrow to join our team.
The SVP, Escrow Operations oversees and manages escrow, closing, title, and post-closing for all the branches of TCE (Title Clearing and Escrow). Provides guidance, supervision, and leadership to the Originations, Funding, and REO teams.
Qualifications include:
- 7-10 years in a key management position with significant responsibility of leadership for a large number of employees in different states and different lines of business
- 7-10 years of experience in title and closing
- Experience with various lenders and types of products for a number of different lines of the business, such as REO/Default, retail, refinance, commercial and investment real estate
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent team player and able to work independently or with a team to accomplish goals and objectives

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is $150,000.00
