We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing estimating.
Job Description:
TC Millwork is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our team. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Analyze design renders, CAD drawings, and 3D models to determine material, labor, and time requirements for store fixture, millwork, cabinets and other projects.
Develop detailed cost estimates, including material costs, labor, and overhead expenses.
Collaborate with procurement on material budgeting and cost analysis.
Work closely with internal project managers, engineers, and sales teams to gather project requirements and provide cost estimates.
Coordinate with overseas partner facilities to obtain cost estimates for specific components.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project profitability.
Utilize Excel to create and maintain accurate cost data and reports.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, material costs, and labor rates.
Qualifications:
Experience in the store fixture or related industry preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and other estimating software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Woodworking experience a plus.

The pay range is negotiable based upon experience. This position will have some travel as needed. Pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.
