TC Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Area Manager to join our team in Upstate, SC. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for multiple accounts, ensuring strong relationships with supervisors, employees, and clients. Your leadership will be essential in managing teams, addressing client concerns, and continuously improving processes.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (weekends as needed)
- Location: Upstate, SC
- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
- Potential for Overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee multiple customer accounts and ensure high-quality janitorial services.
- Team Leadership: Develop and support supervisors and employees, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining strong relationships.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure cleaning services are delivered effectively while maintaining high standards.
- Hands-On Support: Step in to assist with cleaning duties if both an employee and their supervisor are absent.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in janitorial services, floor care, or carpet cleaning is a plus but not required
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
