The Decoration Manager position is responsible for managing our in-house decoration efforts for custom apparel orders that we receive. Decoration is the process of adding custom designs to blank apparel and accessories (T-Shirts, Shorts, Back Packs, etc.). Along with managing the current decoration efforts of the business, this position will also be responsible for expanding our decoration operation by building a team and sourcing new equipment.
Salary/Benefits:
- Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 Per Year

Shift: Full Time: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday. In-Office every day.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the decoration process for various custom apparel orders (embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, etc.)
- Schedule and allocate decoration resources to ensure orders are completed by shipping deadlines
- Perform quality control evaluation on completed apparel orders
- Build and manage a team of employees who are responsible for decoration activities
- Research, source and implement new decoration equipment and techniques that will help improve the quality and efficiency of the overall decoration process
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Experience in apparel decoration (Embroidery, Screen Print, Heat Transfer, etc.)
- Management Experience
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
- Driver license
Preferred:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree
- Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish)
